‘I began this project by exploring patterns in movement, and the variety one movement can have when performed by different dancers. 
As a ballet teacher, I often consider how taught technique and movements can limit creativity and decided to reflect my thoughts in knit. I played with echoing ‘dance phrases’ such as light and weighted, counter pull and contract in knit, which lead me to creating a multi-way garment modelled by the wonderful @matteo.cogliandro_

By allowing each individual to wear the knit how they desire, their range of motion can be natural or very limited.
